My Gramophone catalogue - a quite reliable source - lists under Waldteufel:

   "Espana - waltz(Op. 236) (1886) (after Chabrier)."

Chabrier's "rapsodie" was composed in1883. I believe it is not in waltz
time. Chabrier himself arranged the original orchestral work for piano duet.
