Other Dvorak 7th's of note (even if some the album jackets say "Dvorak
2nd") include Kubelik/Vienna Philhamonic, Hans Schmitt-Isserstedt with
(IIRC) one of the German radio orchestras, and Zdenek Kosler with one of
the Czech orchestras.  If Walter Susskind ever made one it may well be
worth tracking down--I never heard him do it, but it is reputed to be one
of his specialties.
