A few years back DG issued The Magnificent Seven - a box of Bernstein
discs, which is the only recording I've ever seen which came with an errata
slip.

The slip was to correct the spelling of Tchaikovsky's "March Salve" - whcih
turns out to be less soothing than you'd expect...:-)
