I think one of the most exciting changes in attitudes toward drugs and
bfing is the acknowledgement that even chemo drugs have a half life. If a
mom has chemo once every few weeks, and if 5 half lives take up several
days or even a week, then if she likes, she's looking at repetitive
short-term weaning, but not a complete contraindication.

Tom Hale? What's your view of "nursing around the drug" this way, for the
woman who has the energy to do it?
