Hello
        I've had a call from a mother who was interested in taking the herb,
Valerian Root, for insomnia.  She would like information on whether this
is safe while breastfeeding.  She is also interested in information on
melatonin. I can look up most drugs (Thanks Dr. Hale!), but not herbal
remedies.
