I am an archeologist here at University of New Mexico who specializes in
the early Medieval period in the Iberian Peninsula.  There is a small
Medieval Studies program here at UNM and I occasionally get questions from
undergraduate students in both archeology and the humanities regarding
good Medieval archeology graduate programs in the UK.  Can anyone out
there suggest some good programs in the UK or Ireland that specialize in
Medieval period archeology or that have particularly good programs in that
area? Addresses where I could write for more information would be
