ISEN-ASTC-L is a service of the Association of Science-Technology Centers
Incorporated, a worldwide network of science museums and related institutions.

To amplify Paul's remarks and Bob's alert, a general retrenchment of Federal spending and priorities is happening (has been happening). I think the pressure is across the Federal budget. This is likely to continue into the foreseeable future. 2020 maybe a turning point, but I make no extraordinary claims of prescience. It will likely take more than 5 years to get our economic house re-ordered.
