ISEN-ASTC-L is a service of the Association of Science-Technology Centers
Incorporated, a worldwide network of science museums and related institutions.

The WonderLab Museum is evaluating secure transaction options for our
website.

First, for those museums that offer secure transactions via your website, do
you get the amount of usage you expected?

Assuming we will move forward to provide this service, WonderLab is a very
small museum and does not have an IT staff to build and maintain an in-house
system. We would like to know how other museums in our situation have
provided this service for online membership sales and donations.

We are interested in finding a low-cost web-based service that would allow
us to ask for the same kind of information online as we ask on our printed
forms. Can anyone recommend a web-based service with which you have had
experience? What feature(s) do you really like about that service?
Conversely, are there particular services we should avoid, or "red flags"
for which we should be alert?
