I've trained myself to not mention anything in the range of ''best'' or benefits, but to start with breastfeeding as the infant feeding and care norm and to refer to risks or consequences of 'not breastfeeding''. I do not say that formula or bottle feeding are bad either. Because it is the *not breastfeeding* that does the harm.
