Karleen - I agree with you and wonder if you contacted JHL regarding what
you said:  "I was a little shocked to recently pick up an issue of JHL and
to read a very interesting paper on perceived insufficient milk but to then
discover that although the authors said they had no competing interests the
research was funded by Nestle."

I had a similar reaction when I learned that Medela is a WHO Code violator.
Should JHL refuse to carry Medela's ads until Medela no longer is a Code
violator?

I have made my local ILCA affiliate, WPR (see full name below), aware of
that violation and we are concerned about WPR's 2009 conference.  We should
not use Medela as a conference sponsor if it is still violating the WHO
Code.

How are the rest of you handling these situations when they involve our
trusted publications/pump companies/etc?
