I am sad for the loss of the Canadian program. Yet, I am really happy
to say that at least here in Dallas, we have been able to keep a wide
variety of classical music on the air, in spite of and in fact perhaps
because of our commercial status. We have not been thumped by the studies
that led so many NPR affiliates to go to 24 hour redundant blather. Our
PD sees music as our first and primary mission.

That's not to say that we program the station only for snobs like us
(wink). But I dare say that if you would carefully analyze our play
list, you'd find that there is plenty to keep a broad swath of listeners
happy most of the time.

Kevin
