Science Development Manager - £22,000 per annum

The Centre for Life is an award-winning science centre that encourages 
curiosity about science through imaginative exhibitions, events, workshops 
and lectures that are enjoyed by more than 200,000 visitors every year.

The Centre also supports world-class scientific research taking place on 
site.

Working under the direction of the Head of Science Development you will be 
managing an expanding team that develops and delivers science engagement 
activities to The Centre for Life's public visitors and others throughout 
the North East.

You will be responsible for writing and delivering shows in our science 
theatre and the new Digistar planetarium, science busking, regular special 
events, dialogue activities, our science news bulletins, and will contribute 
to exhibition development and the temporary exhibition programme, as well as 
all sorts of other science engagements activities.
