Despite the title, the position is not in a museum.  This person serves as
the BLM lead, in a policy making position stationed in Washington DC, for
management of museum collections from BLM lands (in BLM facilities and in
nonFederal repositories) as well as being the BLM's NAGPRA Coordinator.  If
