The Berkshire Museum a lead organization in a summer professional development workshop for teachers through the Museum Institute for Teaching Science (MITS) Each year we start the workshop series with a lecture by a woman working in the field of science.  I wonder if anyone has a suggestion for a speaker . The date is July 5th.  We are looking for someone local to our region in western MA  (2.5 hours form Boston& 3.5 hours NYC.)  We'd appreciate any suggestions folks might have.
