If you use a traditional table with the hose and blower make sure you have
a "clean out" located at the bottom arc of the hose. The hose opening can
be used as a receptacle.

 Here is an idea you might consider,  a Bernoulli sculpture.   Perhaps a
local competition for artists to produce a sculpture utilizing the
Bernoulli principle would be novel. One could devise a space that has
different size balls and hose that the visitor can experiment.
