Hello. My name is Rachael Herzberg and I am a first year graduate student
at Michigan Technological University. This summer I will be working at the
boring mill at the West Point Foundry in Cold Spring, NY. Through my
research, I have cause to believe that this will be the first excavation
of a boring mill in America, but I want to be sure. Does anyone know of
any excavations of boring mills or other boring mills in the United
States? Any input would be appreciated.
