The only product that is ''like mom's own milk'' is her own milk or another
human mom's milk.
No one other product that is made on basis of any animal milk or even
non-animal milk-like fluids comes even near mom's own milk and is potential
hazardous if used without a real and proven medical reason, like those stated
in the WHP and UNICEF materials that come with the Baby Friendly Hospital
Initiative.
That does not mean that in no case a child should receive such milks. It can
be lifesaving for instance if a mom's milkproduction is dangerously low and
baby is starving and no human donor is available.
