Christopher Rosevear mentioned finding...

>I'll boldly insert an uninvited 2 cents' worth about one item in this
>series: I had the Ermitage 09068 -- with the Octet, Dumbarton Oaks,
>Ragtime, etc. -- and would discourage getting it. It may well be another

Ditto on this one, I was searching for a recording of the Dumbarton Oaks
and stumbled across this, don't recommend it.

>As for CD internet shops with hard-to-find CM repertoire, a recent

>http://www.recordsinternational.com/. Nowhere as cheap as the Daedalus
>site, but its list is very impressive. There's also a toll-free number
>for all of North America, and the owner's very approachable. Also, the
>write-ups he's added about these recordings appear to shed needed light.

I have found Berkshire Musical outlet to offer some incredible bargains,
complete Sanderling-Sibelus Symphonies plus tone poems for $11...local
store had it for $42!
