I'm looking for information (site reports, etc.) on homestead sites
occupied by shipwrights during the colonial period.  I have directed a
major excavation of a homestead site to one of the first shipwright's on
the Damariscotta River in mid-coast Maine and am trying to locate
similar sites that have been excavated for comparitive purposes.  This
research is for my M.A. thesis.  If any one can help I would appreciate
it very much.
