Not that I can find, but there is - or was - a composer named B Windsor,
a couple of whose works for brass band appear on old recordings from the
1930s.  I can't find what the B stands for, but it's possible that he
wrote a serenade.  In the meantime, there are always Nicolai's opera and
Sullivan's incidental music, The Merry Wives of Windsor, and Vaughan
Williams' In Windsor Forest.
