I cannot remark about those, but both versions by Kreisler (I prefer the
latter, for apparently unsophisticated reasons because a knowledgeable
poster argued the first is played better) are exquisite and cheap on Naxos.
Oistrach is no slouch, either (actually, he is incredible), but oh those
Kreislers.....something about the intonation in the cadenzas that drives
me crazy....
