I think Walter and Stephanie win the prize.  As two other listers
mentioned, it depends on who's compiling the list!  I E-mailed Utah Opera
to seek their help, but they said that such a passage was not in their
program notes.  I think I might have read it in a bookstore a few minutes
before the opera began.  Whatever the third one was, the Utah Opera's
Ballad of Baby Doe was a winner.
