I am posting a brief re-request for the fee-compensation survey because many
have expressed an interest in answering but didn't see the orginal.  Thanks
again to all that have replied (82 total).  I will keep adding folks until
the stream dies down.  TIA to all those who will respond.

I am collecting and analyzing the following:

type of reimbursement:  salary, hourly, fee for/per service
length of initial consult and followups (and commensurate fee)

Your education, certifications, number of years as an LC (of various levels)
Where you practice (geographically and whether in a hospital or private
practice); if a smaller area, then what is the population
How many other LCs are in the area and if you know what their reimbursement
practice is

And, any other info that you'd like to share.
