        Here's a link to an on-line nutrition exhibit we developed
in cooperation with the Washington Dairy Council when I was
at Pacific Science Center.  (The first version was done in the
early 1980's on a Apple Iie computer and has been updated
several times since then and now runs on the web in FLASH.)
