ISEN-ASTC-L is a service of the Association of Science-Technology Centers
Incorporated, a worldwide network of science museums and related institutions.

Check with the exhibit people at St. Louis, they had radar guns on  
the bridge over highway I-64/40.  They used them to track speeds.
