Rachael - you have hit on some great suggestions - we should probably
create a chart so that the positive-tone words become "easy" for us to say.

I know that whenever I'm teaching the Brazelton behavior evaluation, I tend
to shy away from the term "irritable" and encourage the nurses to consider
using "sensitive" instead.
