Premarin is a mixture of estrogens. Very likely to suppress or
decrease milk supply. Does she need to take estrogens?

It is hard to know what the absence of ovaries might do to the milk
supply. I have had a postmenopausal mother breastfeeding quite
successfully, but postmenopausal is not "an absence of ovaries".
