Sara,
  You are so right.  It would be good to find out where they came up
with "norms" for these scores.  My guess is they did not separate out
exclusively breastfed babies from bottle or mix fed babies.  And you are
right, the breast baby should be the norm and the bottle baby looked at
as "up-tight". Do you think we could get others to see it this way?
