We have wonderful recliners that have firm backs, adjustable separately from the foot portion, that can sit fairly upright, no squishy pillows covered in a leather-like, breathable fabric that is washable. The patients absolutely love them. I think they are made by Carolina office furniture, but not positive.

We are about to purchase some chairs for our breastfeeding office, and I was just thinking about this. I was hoping to get recliners that we could tilt back to be able to do this in our office. But then again, sometimes we need a chair that mom can sit up in better too, that's not so soft and squishy as a recliner. Plus, most of the recliners are quite large. What would be others' favorite kind of chair to have in a breastfeeding office? I'm in a public health department. We can only fit two chairs, but they could each be different.
