Contact the CDC through their webpage about the specifics of Anthrax
vaccine and bf.  I beleive their recommendations state that there are no
vaccines contraindicated for breastfeeding mothers.  I've found the
people at the CDC to be very agreeable about looking up specific shots
for specific populations.
