I am Arlene Toole IBCLC, Lactation Services Coordinator at Grady Hospital in
Atlanta, Ga.  I am using my supervisors E-Mail address.  I am in the process
of revising our breastfeeding protocol.  I would like to base the new
protocol on the 10 steps.  I know that others have done the same.  I am
