The only Women's International Pharmacy I can find is this one:

which claims to offer bio-identical hormone replacement, not
homeopathics. Some people mix up homeopathy and herbal/natural
medicine.

Pending further details, on the information you've given, I'd guess
that this person is stuffing this woman full of oestrogen. Thank
goodness she called you now before her supply was completely gone.
