Knowing that feeding won't begin for 2-3 days, be sure expressing/pumping
gets off to a prompt start.  The theory will be "oh she had a c-sec, let
her rest, why are you bothering her with that?" But we know the sooner she
starts expressing, the sooner her supply will come in unimpeded by backed
up colostrum.  Anything mom gets can be frozen because baby will probably
