If renting a Symphony doesn't help then it might be that work really is inhibiting her letdown. I have had moms who did much better not focusing on the pumping. Exactly the opposite of all the usual advice. Look away, call a friend (one of my moms could only let her milk down when she called her best friend), read a magazine...anything to stop trying so hard. Sometimes the more then milk does not flow, the more anxious they get. If that doesn't work then oxytocin nasal spray can work in a scenario like this.
