As Wendy suggested FTT is a symptom in turner's syndrome but in a whole host
of other syndromes that cannot necessarily be diagnosed even by chromosomal
analysis. I was actually surprised that so many responses were so focused on the
Bucket baby scenario even with all the things described about this baby at
birth. Hopefully the mother will see a specialist because this situation has
