Kathleen:  Thank you from one who, even as a teen, has had pendulous
breasts (not tubular though).  Not a single image in magazines or fashion
ads would ever lead you to believe that this is normal.  Many young women
grow up thinking that their breasts are not the norm and that highly placed
nipples with smooth, non-lumpy tissue are what "everyone else" has.
