I noticed you had received no public responses, so I hope you've received
help privately!

Have you tried having the mother use Lechithin? I had recurrent blockages,
until I had been taking Lechithin for more than one month.

Also, I can't get my blockages to clear until after I'd soaked my breast in
the bathtub in Epsom Salt water for at least 30 minutes. Then I have to
express and express. Eventually, when the milk is gone, I can work on
clearing the blockage.

Another way to get that long of a soak is to put the epsom salt water on a
diaper, either cloth or disposable, and then place a hot water bottle or a
heating pad safe to use with moisture on top of the diaper. Then take a
nap! When you wake, feed your baby, then keep expressing until the blockage
has passed.

I have no clue what it might possably mean that the spot is Yellow so no
thoughts on that.

Good Luck,
