It is my understanding that the luteal phase needs to be at least 10 days
long for successful implantation. Optimal length is 12-14 days. This is my
"other hobby" guiding women in understanding their cycle. I have had HUGE
success recommending the herb Vitex to women with short luteal phases, often
these same women were not conceiving using clomid. I'm very impressed with
this herb, it is very safe and probably will increase her milk supply.
