Dear Lactnetters,

I was unable to attend the ILCA conference last summer, but did obtain
cassette tapes of many of the sessions including the workshop on coding
and reimbursement.  I have listened to the tapes and learned alot, but
would really like to obtain the handout that is referred to numerous
times throughout.  I would be happy to reimburse for copying and mailing
expenses if someone would be willing.  I have tried to contact the
speaker by mail but have not heard back from her.
