thanks for the info on the mom with insufficient breat tissue. I am a relatively 
new IBCLC and that gives me hope to keep trying with those moms that I 
think it wiill never happen... on the tongue tie issue,  I have a friend, the baby 
had a tongue tie, she had low milk supply we sent her to an ENT who 
supposedly clips ties, he said oh its not a bad one so he left it alone... never 
did get a full milk supply, she got postpartum depression too.
this is how most moms get treated and it is sad.
