Guilt is *not* an emotion that results from a) doing one's best or b) using
the knowledge/proactivism that was available to one at the time or c) being
unable to do what one wanted to do.  We might grieve or be angry or
frustrated, but we don't "feel guilty".  It's just a totally inappropriate
use of the word.  Makes me wonder if an industry started it...
