Suzanne Bras have large sizes, but I would hesitate to recommend them for
lactating women.  The fabric is very unyeilding, which might constrict
the breast and cause plugged ducts.  They definately add a few inches to
your bustline as well, one needs larger clothing than in other,
lower-profile bras.
