I had a WIC mom who came into see me in extreme pain due to what you
described as breast tissue without a nipple under her arms.  She was
incredibly engorged and had lumps the  size of tennis balls under her arms.
 We got some milk out with hand expression and got the baby to latch on and
she began to feel better.  She did nurse for a couple of weeks or more and
weaned because she was exhausted, not because of the glandular tissue under
her arms.
