Beth,
I have seen moms with hyperadenia and hypermastia nurse with no difficulty
after the initial engorgement subsides.  The mom can use ice on the axillary
breasts to reduce discomfort, and just go ahead and nurse on her "normal"
pair.  Add this to the ridiculous reasons to wean/not initiate bf database!
