Does this LC know that she can apply for a very low interest Small business  
loan to get her business back up and running? It is repayable over a 10, 15 or 
 20 year period so the monthly payments are very low. she should have gotten 
that  information from FEMA when she applied there, if she told them she 
operated a  business out of her home.
