Help!!!  I have a mom who is nursing her baby which I know is fine w/HSV
(no active genital lesion), but her nipples are bleeding a small bit from
having nursed too long (two hrs straight) last night.  She asked if her
blood could transmit HSV to baby..can't find too much on this and need an
