Don't hold your breath!  It is my understanding that the manufacturer
does not intend to get US approval for sale of domperidone because the
"hoops" the FDA requires them to jump through costs more than what they
expect to make with the drug.  Check with your local pharmacies to see
if any are compounding pharmacies.  Those can make up the med for you
(with a MDs prescription, of course).
Again, this is what I have heard, and not necessarily the full story.
You might check the archives as I believe this subject has been brought
up several times in the past.
