If you put on a whole box of foundation at a time, with the frames close
together, they will work several out at a time.  You can move the ones started
first to the outside if there is a big difference of draw rate, otherwise
be patient and they will get to them.  Don't use wide spacings.  They
will draw their own down between widely spaced foundation sheets.
