CORN POLLEN

Honey bees take lots of corn pollen, mostly in the mornings at
about 8 - 11 a.m. The period of pollen release corresponds to
those times. It has been suggested that later in the day, the
pollen which is still available, becomes dry and too difficult for
the bees to pack into their pollen baskets.
