Messages submitted with more than a line or two of quotes of the prvious message will be rejected.  Usually NO quotes are required.  We all just saw the prvious message. 

Imagine you are at a conference having a conversation.  Do you repeat what the previous speaker said?  Of course not.  It sounds silly and argumentative.  Just speak your own mind.

Additionally, messages containing attribution lines like "On xxx date, yyy person, wrote...". In addition to filling the archives with junk, such lines are unnecessary and expose the OP's email address to 'bots.
